I have two identical 500 gig drives spinning around in this NAS device. They are in RAID 1, mirroring each other. The set up isn't that hard. I've not had any disasters with this device. Other have -- which makes me nervous. And the one thing that really, really bugs me: no way to set the SMTP port for email alerts. It is stuck on port 25 and if your ISP blocks port 25, you are dead in the water. A pretty stupid oversight as far as I'm concerned.
